Grandmont Rosedale Development Corporation (GRDC), an organization introduced during the 1980s serves to help Grandmont Rosedale neighborhoods maintain a collective sense of purpose.
Celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, GRDC continues to work to preserve, stabilize, and revitalize the Grandmont Rosedale neighborhoods.
