The transparency legislation for Indiana's state funded economic development has been lobbied to both houses of the General Assembly.

Indiana taxpayers will be able to access better visibility, accountability and openness to Indiana State Government through the transparency legislation. This effort strives to utilize tax dollars as efficiently as possible, benefiting the state's residents and putting the pedal on developing its economy once and for all.
