Housing-Based Solutions and Right to Shelter for the Homeless


New York City Mayor Bloomberg calls on New York City residents and the State Legislature to revoke an article of the New York State Constitution. The Article issues out the legal right to shelter for vulnerable New Yorkers.

Instead of repealing the right to shelter, Mayor Bloomberg must propel housing-based solutions to lessen the need for shelter for many individuals and families.
