If you've ever wanted to be a DJ, you're in luck: There's a four-year degree available for just $19,000 a year in the UK, Quartz reports.

The degree in electronic music production from London's UAL Awarding Bodywhich describes itself as "the UK's first and largest not-for-profit Further Education institution"is designed to prepare students for careers in the music industry.

According to a press release, the degreewhich comes with a salary of $19,000 per year, plus travel and living expenseswill give students the skills they need to break into the industry, as well as help them find jobs that don't require a college degree.

"The wonderful thing about FE is it can also capture people who went a different route and help nurture them into a creative profession," UAL's associate dean of academic standards tells Quartz.

"They're labeled as a failure," she says.

"Maybe they come to college and take electronic music, alongside some Maths and English.

But it's not necessarily just about producing DJs: it's about engaging these young people in something that they love."
