Calling Loveland Artists! Frames on 4Th Wants Fun and Color

Frames on 4th is an opportunity for creatives to design selfie frames for visitors to use in the Heart Improvement Construction Zone.

The project was created by Lynn Adame, who is on the board of directors for Heart and Sol of Loveland and the Loveland Creative District.

Each completed frame will be displayed on a different block downtown, allowing passersby to take photos in each decorated frame.
